The default is the difference between <a href="/nixpkgs/option/services.strongswan-swanctl.swanctl.connections.&lt;name&gt;.children.&lt;name&gt;.life_bytes"><a href="/nixpkgs/option/life_bytes" rel="nofollow">life_bytes</a></a> and <a href="/nixpkgs/option/services.strongswan-swanctl.swanctl.connections.&lt;name&gt;.children.&lt;name&gt;.rekey_bytes"><a href="/nixpkgs/option/rekey_bytes" rel="nofollow">rekey_bytes</a></a>.
