Libary for parsing ViennaRNA package output.

Currently contains parsers and datatypes for: RNAalifold, RNAcode, RNAdistance, RNAcofold, RNAfold, RNAplex, RNAup, RNAz.

The libary is tested with Version 2.3.2 of the ViennaRNA package.
