Achilles Data Source Characterization.

Automated Characterization of Health Information at Large-Scale Longitudinal Evidence Systems. Creates a descriptive statistics summary for an Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership Common Data Model standardized data source. This package includes functions for executing summary queries on the specified data source and exporting reporting content for use across a variety of Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics community applications.

Introduction

Automated Characterization of Health Information at Large-Scale Longitudinal Evidence Systems (ACHILLES) Achilles provides descriptive statistics on an OMOP CDM database. ACHILLES currently supports CDM version 5.3 and 5.4.

System Requirements

Requires R (version 4.0 or higher).

Installation

  1. See the instructions here for configuring your R environment, including RTools and Java.

  2. In R, use the following commands to download and install Achilles:
