Nelson-Aalen Estimator of the Cumulative Hazard in Multistate Models.

Computes the Nelson-Aalen estimator of the cumulative transition hazard for arbitrary Markov multistate models <ISBN:978-0-387-68560-1>.

mvna

The R package mvna (multivariate Nelson-Aalen estimator) permits to estimate non-parametrically the cumulative transition hazards of arbitrary Markov multi-state models using the Nelson-Aalen estimator.

Installation

You can download the stable version on CRAN

Or you can install the development version from github
